Community guidelines agreement(Required)

I agree to all of the following community guidelines:

To live and work in harmony with the principles, practices and schedules of Yasodhara Ashram as a spiritual community.
To be assigned a schedule of activities that will vary according to the needs of the community and to respond to changing circumstances.
To maintain celibacy during this time in order to keep an inward focus.
To abstain from alcohol and recreational drugs during this time.

Not employment(Required)

I accept that nothing in this agreement is to be deemed or construed to create an employment, contract or agency relationship between myself and the Yasodhara Ashram Society. I understand that I am not an employee of the society and that I am not entitled to any entitlements, wages or other benefits of an employee whether by statute, common law or otherwise. I also understand that the Society does not provide compensation or other insurance or other assistance to participants in the Karma Yoga Program.

Yasodhara Ashram acknowledges the Ktunaxa and Sinixt first peoples on whose unceded territory we are caretakers and guests.

To take action, we have started The Reconciliation Fund and will collect $25 from each guest to be donated to a First Nations non-profit organization, with the intention to help balance past injustices.
