Combining movement and stillness we will be reflecting, bringing together the opposites and connecting to the wisdom within. Tools such as the Divine Light Invocation, visualizations, meditations, and gentle hatha movements with reflection encourage a deeper understanding of your life’s path. Yoga is now– a perfect time to pause, reflect and renew with insights about how you want to move forward with loving kindness which expands out to each other, the planet and beyond.

Date & Time: This online retreat is on Saturday, December 21st from 10:00 am to 11:30 am PT & 2:00 to 4:00 pm PT, with space in between the two sessions for your personal reflection. Please ensure that you have checked to see what time this is in your timezone.
Location: This retreat will be held online using Zoom.
Investment: $100
A 50% bursary is available for those experiencing financial constraints, no questions asked. Simply email online-bursary@yasodhara.org before purchasing a ticket and you will automatically receive an email with instructions on how to purchase a ticket at a reduced price.
Enrolment: This online retreat is limited to 40 participants. If the class is full, you will have the option to join a wait list.
Accessing the Online Retreat:
Once you register, you will receive an email from EventBrite with a link to the Online Event Page which has information on how to join the retreat via Zoom. There will be two Zoom links on the Online Event Page – one for each session. You will need to be logged into EventBrite with the same email address you used to purchase the class in order to access the Online Event Page.
This online retreat includes small group work so we ask that you connect with your own device if multiple people from your household are participating.
About Durga
Durga was introduced to the teachings in 1999 in Ontario where she was attracted to their clarity and practicality. Attending weekly classes created a strong desire to deepen her involvement with Swami Radha’s work, inspiring enrolment in the 2004 Yoga Development and Teacher Certification courses. She facilitated weekly classes in Peterborough for ten years. In 2014, Durga relocated to live at the Ashram where she continues as a resident, sharing her enthusiasm by teaching workshops and outreach online classes.
About Gauri
Gauri came to the Ashram in 1996 and immediately felt a connection with the Light Invocation. After offering classes through Yasodhara Yoga Edmonton for years, she now is pleased to make the Ashram her home. Her commitment to selfless service through teaching and other Karma Yoga – communications and first aid – brings her great joy and inspiration.
